Jammu, Oct 27: The residents of Toph-sherkhania today demanded from Estates department to repair the quarters immediately.
Addressing the meeting PDP senior leader, Rakesh Pardesi said that the inmates of the colony were faced to immense trouble due to dilapidated condition of flats, adding that the heaps of filth all around was adding to their miseries.
He said that the concerned department always paid deaf ear to their frequent requests as a result of which the condition of quarters worsened with every passing day.
He alleged that the tiles were being laid only in flats of influential people and tiles should be laid in all quarters of Tophsherkhania colony for the convenience of inmates. |
