| India is no exception when it comes to corruption. The phenomenon has taken many nations in its fold and has resulted in revolts and agitations thus removing many unshakable and dynastic regimes. Presently the Congress (I) of Nehru-Gandhi clan at center and many other identical families holding reigns in most of the Indian States are alleged of growing corruption smarting with the similar bureaucrats. Most of opposing parties are also held by a few dynastic families exceptional being the BJP. The opposition is absolutely busy in exposing the ruling UPA government functioning under Sonia Gandhi Chairperson and Dr Manmohan singh PM. A few key post holders are sent behind the bars and some are facing the inquiries. There are some of them facing the allegations who deny it and the entire Congress (I) is standing to defend them at every stage. Sonia Gandhi, President of the Congress (I) and Chairperson of UPA government has let her members loose for the counter attack on the opposition parties. They are continuously alleging the opposition for the identical corrupt practices in their governing period. They mean the corruption in Coal scandal was initiated by NDA government and the UPA is continuing the same. If it is true, can UPA isolate for continuing the corrupt system ?
It exposes them as more culprits who have knowingly adopted the corrupt governing system if their version is correct. Commonly the alleged leaders make statements to be politically victimized, scandal created against them, they claim their statements are twisted and wrongly or half-truthfully aired or they will face the legal wrath if proved guilty. This all twists the legal arm for lack of evidences or documentation proves. The inquiries are raised against such alleged corrupt politicians or bureaucrats through CBI or a retired Justice is engaged for it. Year after year is consumed in conducting these enquiries and the common public gets diverted either to another scandal or excesses on society. This practice confuses the civil society to understand what the corruption is? Prime Minister S. Manmohn Singh is acknowledged honest person one can never believe that he shall let the corruption occur under his nose. But it is alleged to be done. There are important figures connected with his government are facing the inquiries and are behind the bars or on bails. It is not digestible that the honest shuts eyes for corrupt characters around him. Mostly he provides clean chit to all those alleged for the corruption or misuse of the governing seat. Among them there are someone facing the inquiry or enjoying bail. There are certain such characters that have been behind the bars for a considerable time but continue holding their posts. Though the Honourable Apex Court has debarred the corrupt parliamentarians to continue the membership is being tooth and nail contested by the governing bunch exposes their unhealthy attitude on the subject. Such person having clean chit from the government if is later booked the statement falls under the corruption or not ? The whip forced by the party president to vote is thrusted corruption or not? Blocking road, rail and other traffic flow disturbing common people is part of corruption or not? Obeying illegal orders or making such order falls under corruption or not? Letting the judicial cases hang in the Honourable courts for a long period is corruption or not? The witnesses becoming hostile in the court of law are corrupt or not? Excesses on the peaceful assembly of nationalists falls under corrupt practice or not? Tolerating illegal traffic nuisance leashed by the mini-buses in the city is corrupt governing or not? Dodging the common people for his requests for ration cards, voter list or Identity card is corrupt attitude or not? Letting the security forces wait for years together for their modernization including delay in supply of their essential arms and ammunition is punishable under anti-corruption law or not? Misusing the public exchequer by the politicians carrying their family members and relatives on the foreign tours is a corrupt practice or not? The politicians getting medical check-up and treatment abroad spending the public exchequer inspite of the fact that is available in this nation is punishable for corrupt activity or not? There are numerous similar questions hovering over the mind of common people who hold their head ashamed of being governed by such politicians and bureaucrats. Crores of public exchequers are spent on the interlocutors who submitted the useless report denounced and rejected by the entire nation. That represented not the factual ground reality of the state but what their mindset had and what they were asked for. Their anti-national activities exposed many times at various stages never permits them to indulge in the national integrating process. The central government is smarting on alleging oppositions and receiving similar from their opponents has polarized the politician's language, may one treat it as a corrupt practice or not is worth seeking? How the claimed report made to MP Rahul Gandhi by one of the security officer and breaking this in public is ignored falls under corrupt governing or not ? The stalling of parliament session, absenting parliamentarians, performing other assignments during the parliament sessions has not done anything in the interest of the nation nor had it done anything for the Indian society. None of these parliamentarians deserve and entitled for their allowances for this session, if it is paid and they receive it shall fall in the corrupt practice or not ? One is absolutely made to convince himself for the corrupt method of the governing system to silent section of the society fighting against the black practices and corruption. Normally there seems no way out to find what falls under the corruption caption and what not until or unless the Honourable Apex Court classifies it. Even if it is not done the CBI must be made free from the political grip and must let to work independently answerable to Apex Court and the combined equally balanced group of the parliamentarians. The civil society must sharpen its teeth by uniting the honest, nationalist leaders, and every one from each walk of the life to canalize anti-corruption fighting units to get rid of the dynastic families and to establish true democracy.
