VIJAYPUR, Oct 14: Congress today held a series of public meetings at Village Pakhri, Kajyal, Rattanpur, Khanpur, Dashmesh Nagar and Koulpur areas of Vijaypur Assembly segment under the leadership of senior Congress leader and member Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) Arun Sharma.
A large number of party workers as well as general public attended the meetings and highlighted several issues being confronted by the people.
On the occasion, the Congress workers and supporters of Arun Sharma urged the party leadership to give mandate to him from Vijaypur constituency. They said that he has vast political experience while he is also known for his honesty and integrity.
While addressing the gathering, Arun Sharma exhorted the Congressmen to work hard for strengthening the party at booth level.
