Jammu, Oct 14: The two days Northern Command Annual Principal meeting organized by Army Public School Akhnoor concluded today.
According to press release, the meeting was attended by all Principals of Northern Command and one Principal each from other 5 commands. The meet was chaired by Lt Gen HJS Sachdev, COS Northern Command. Dignitaries attend the meet were Maj Gen AK Dhar, Patron APS Akhnoor, Maj Gen (Retd) BS Daulta, MD AWES, Chairmen and staff officers of all Army Public Schools of Northern Command, Director AWES Northern Command and Director Schools, AWES. Meet started with welcome address by Maj Gen AK Dhar Patron APS Akhnoor. Inaugural speech by COS Northern Command. He gave his best wishes and highlight the role of Army Public Schools for up bring the children. Topics discussed were effective communication skills, technology aided learning, how to motivate students for joining defense services, how to improve quality of education in Army Public Schools. Many agenda points were given by Principals of various schools. Closing address was given by patron of school and vote of thanks by Brig SK Dey Chairman APS, Akhnoor. |
