Jammu, Oct 14: Jagti inmates held a meeting under the leadership of Pintoo Ji in which the members expressed their serious concern over sudden increase in death rate due to the liver failure and termed it as 'alarming'. Addressing the members in this meeting, the chairperson Pintoo Ji said it has been noticed that during the past three months several deaths have been reported in migrant camp due to liver failure. He and other members in the meeting underlined need for deputing a medical team to check the water supply, the milk products and other eatable commodities. During the meeting speakers also resolved that community has not given any mandate to any organization about the return policy, some organization are playing tricks with the community about return for their vested interests, are strongly warned not to hamper the innocent community. They requested the Relief and Rehabilitation Minister to take stock of the Relief organization and action regarding ongoing delaying of Bifurcation, inclusion and easy process for issuing of state subject and request early release of cash assistance of 10,000/- as already approved by GOI.Vir Ji belove, Roshan Lal Raina, Ravinder Raina, Chand Ji, Raj Nath, Ramesh Kmr, Kundan Lal and Poshkar Nath also spoke in this meeting. |
