Jammu, Jan 5: Channi Himmat Residents Grievances Redressal Front today discussed various issues in their general body meeting held at Channi Himmat.
During the meeting, the residents sought ownership rights to the plots allotted to them. The committee has unanimously decided that Advocate Suhasni Vasisatha will take up the matter legally before the Court of Law and before the administrative authorities as well. Furthermore, the committee has also decided to take up the subject matter before the newly elected MLA Kavinder Gupta ji of Gandhinagar Constituency which was not resolved by the previous representative of the people of the same constituency though he had the charge of the Housing, Horticulture, Culture and Sports in the state of J&K and was also the Chairman of the J&K Housing Board.
