Mendhar, Jan 5: Thousands of people attended Milad celebrations in Mendhar town and other parts of the tehsil.
People in hundreds came from different villages of tehsil and reached Mendhar to join the Milad celebrations organized by Dawat-e-Islami, and other organizations.
A massive procession also was taken out in madani makraz dhaki Mendhar that culminated towards main market Mendhar. The procession was organized by Jamia Masjid Committee.
In the day long function, religious scholars threw light on the life and teachings of Prophet Muhammad (SAW). They also emphasized on the need to follow the Islamic teaching as per the Quran and the Hadith. |
