Govt formation: Workout CMP before it's too late | Time lost to tinker with JK | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 7: The jolt from the blue for BJP-PDP alliance in the Rajya Sabha contest where both lost on the fourth candidate giving the breather to Cong-NC nominee Ghulam Nabi Azad to chip in has given a reason for both to roll heads for quick formation of state dispensation before much is lost. . The failure to get the independents flocked together for mandate to BJP for two-two share has once again botched the credibility of Party's Jammu and Kashmir affairs head and national organization secretary Ram Madhav, whose frequent visit to Jammu and Kashmir gave a hopeless result as was his valley's sojourn during state assembly elections also which bore no fruits. However keeping aside the individualistic failures of the persons, BJP now seems to be a serious lot digging fast on quick options to vet the government. Though the reported BJP-PDP coalition chief minister candidate Mufti Mohammad Sayeed broke his silence on the government formation with an assurance to provide a good and stable government , his statement contained two very important aspects that need to be read beneath the words . Mufti, on one hand said that his party is on the fast track for government formation and assured that whatsoever would be done would in right perspective apparently indicating that the combine (BJP and PDP) is forming the government. He importantly said whatever would be presented would be open one and nothing would be concealed or kept in hiding. "His statement has a long drawn opinion that shows that the Common Minimum Programme which would be presented in the public domain would be an open affair with nothing to be kept in hiding," said a confidante to his party's development . It is pertinent to mention here that though every feature of the workable government have been taken care of , the only factor that has to come into public would be a unique Common Minimum Programme (CMP). "the uniqueness of the CMP includes the open book on it where the compatible issues of both the parties would be fused in government working, while the critical points of both would be left out of the domain of the governance for publically understanding of both the polarized regions of Jammu and Kashmir that those points though their core elements, but will not interfere in governance," said a highly placed source in BJP which was confirmed by a PDP man also. While BJP and PDP were confidant of making it big in RS elections also with clean sweep, a seat lost, however has given both to chug fast on political rails. Also the opinion polls in Delhi are projecting very serious threat for Modi, now the national high command could not lose much time to tangle with J&K. |
