Bjp files complaint against er Rasheed before eci 2/7/2015 11:28:45 PM Early Times Report Srinagar, Feb 7: The Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) Saturday said that they have filed a complaint against MLA Langate Engineer Rashid before the Election Commission (EC) for making public announcement on the floor of House about his vote. BJP senior leader Shamsheer Singh Manhas said, "We have filed a written complaint before the Election Commission of India against engineer Rasheed for openly declaring that he will vote for Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad." "This is totally unethical and against the electoral practices. No member can disclose to whom he is voting for on the floor of the House. So we appeal election commission of India to take strong note of and cancel his vote," he said.
