Police arrest absconder 2/7/2015 11:22:15 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 7: Bus Stand Police arrested absconder namely Kuldeep Kumar S/o Om Parkash R/o Upper Muthi Tehsil Jammu was arrested from B.C Road Bus Stand, Jammu here today.
