ERTU meets with CEO Kishtwar, highlight issues 2/7/2015 11:22:41 PM Early Times Report Kishtwar, Feb 7: A deputation of Education Reformation Teachers Union (ERTU) district Kishtwar met with newly appointed Chief Education Officer (CEO) Kishtwar Vinod Kumar Soni under the president ship of Akhtar Giri. According to press release, during meeting with CEO, they highlighted the various issues of the teaching community faced by the teaching staff. The significant issues were the implementation of the standing order of detachment in letter and spirit and stress were given on the treansparent transfer policy also.
