Early Times Report MENDHAR, Feb 7: Six employees of two health sub-centres were placed under suspension here today for dereliction of duties. They were suspended by SDM, Mendhar, Ramesh Kumar during a surprise checking of these two health sub-centres, according to official sources. Three employees were found absent at primary health centre (PHC), Chhatral, and three at health sub-centre, Batidhar, the sources added. While those found absent at Chhatral PHC included multi-purpose worker (MPW) Trilochan Kour, MPW Seerat Khaliq and block health worker Mohammad Yousaf, those found absent at Batidhar health sub-centre were identified as MPW Shamim Akhtar, nursing orderly Mohammad Taj and sweeper Mohammad Aslam. The SDM forwarded their case to deputy commissioner (DC), Poonch, for action against them. Acting on the recommendation, the DC ordered their suspension. |
