Absconder held after 1 year 2/7/2015 11:23:33 PM Jammu, Feb 7: Bus Stand Police today arrested an absconder for last one year. Police identified the arrested absconder as Kuldeep Kumar of Upper Muthi. Police sources said that on specific information party led by Inspector BS Manhas raided a place at BC Road Bus Stand and arrested him.
