Govt teachers' forum delegation calls on commissioner 11/18/2016 11:17:11 PM Early Times Report kathua, Nov 18: A three members state leaders delegation of JK government teachers forum (JKGTF)led by Amar Nath Thakur state chairman sec (A) called on commissioner SEC school education in civil secretariat and submitted memorandum of burning demands which included issuing fresh order to continue the charge allowance of all in charge principals, ZEOs, lecturers and headmasters as the same is abjected by a treasury officer with the reason that it is not admissible after six months as per promotion order of the education department, regularization of all in charge cadres from lecturers to joint director cadres as per SRO 166GAD of 2005and order No 481 Edu.of 2010, modification of transfers of lecturers and masters on medical grounds and victimized ,DPC clearance of all left out/ drop out cases of ZEOs, lecturers and headmasters, release of salary of teachers under SSA, RAMSA etc. Commissioner SEC after hearing all demands patiently assured issuing fresh order regarding charge allowance, modification of lecturers masters on medical grounds have been approved and rest if any would be done, regarding salary grant of SSA commissioner said that Rs 900 crores are required and when center releases the grant same would be released. Thakur thanked commissioner for patient hearing with positive approach and sought time for state level meeting after exams are over in valley. Earlier delegation also met account officer DSE Jammu regarding charge allowance.
