Early Times Report Jammu, May 28: After reaching Delhi, former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has started criticizing Centre for its failure to control things in Kashmir Valley. He chided Union Government for shifting all blames on Pakistan. “The Centre blames Pakistan for all this. In which case why are the people of J&K being punished for things beyond our control and for which we are not responsible?”, Omar tweeted on late Wednesday evening. “No big ticket investment, no economic activity, no development activity on the ground, no democracy & here the J&K government admits to a worsening security environment. 10 months later the 5th Aug 2019 report card doesn’t look impressive”, he added.
