PDP alone can steer state out of blue: Hamid Choudhary | | | Early Times Report Jammu, July 15: Deteriorating State-Centre relations and coalition government's inability to become self reliant in terms of generating revenue has put the state's economy in very bad shape. The situation has reached such a stage where government will be left without salaries to be paid to the employees what to talk of generating new employment for our youth. Still worst is that treasury bills of pensioners on account of GP Fund, their gratuity and pension arrears are also pending with the government. The kind of mismanagement this coalition government has unleashed in last five years there are every chances of a total collapse of the system in days to come. Employees are on roads and unemployed youth are craving for jobs. A sheer mismatch between retirement and recruitment is the end result of this commotion created by state government, said People's Democratic Party leader and Coordinator for Jammu-Poonch Parliamentary Constituency, Hamid Choudhary. Hamid Choudhary said that desperate and frustrate coalition government has outlived its life and is now dragging on just gain some foothold. The elections result of recently held Lok Sabha polls reveal that people have already rejected this government and yet it was trying to make a point for no reasons. Even the last minute damage control exercise is not going to do any miracles for this in efficient government. People al all three regions of the state irrespective of their cast, creed, region or religion have rejected this government and have virtually written it off but it's just a matter of time when assembly elections are held and a new credible government would be elected. He urged people to show their might in coming elections and establish that nothing is powerful than a vote. |
