Jammu, Oct 15: In pursuance to sanction accorded by the state cabinet, Bimal Tickoo, Chief Engineer PMGSV (Kashmir} on further promotion took over as Development Commissioner PWD in the Administrative Department. According to a press statement Tickoo during his service has served across the three regions of the State viz. Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh in various capacities. In his Illustrious career spanning 33 years, Tickoo has several achievements to his credit including successful accomplishment of prestigious Mughal Road Protect and etc. Apart from official acknowledgements, Tickoo has life membership of IIPA, IRC, being In-service arbitrator of Indian Roads Congress at the national level in his credit. With his posting as Development Commissioner of technical background in the Administrative Department of R&B, all the projects In general and highway projects in particular are likely to receive a fillip and impetus. |
