Jammu, Nov 18: Employees of ITI Diploma Holder Technical Association on Tuesday staged protest demonstration over the delay in release of their pending salaries for last 14 months.
Scores of Employees of ITI Diploma Holder Technical Association assembled at Government Medical College and Hospital Jammu and raised their demand for release of pending salaries. While, addressing the gathering, president of association Ashwani Gupta said the same employees are without salaries since last 14 months, exposing them to great financial problems. He also said that the despite repeated pleas the concerned authority yet to pay any attention to their demand.Later, delegation also met with Medical Superintendent of GMC &H, he assured the demands would take up before concerned authority. The protesters gave ultimatum to the department to release all pending salaries within one week or face agitation. |
