Transfers, Postings in Civil Administration 2/16/2015 11:06:02 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Feb 16: The Government today ordered transfers and postings in the Civil Administration Department. According to an order issued by the General Administration Department, Asgar Hussain, awaiting orders for adjustment in the GAD has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary General Administration Department. Mushtaq Ahmad Deputy Excise Commissioner, Toll Post, Lakhanpur, has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kathua against an available vacancy.
