CAPD inspects shops, imposes fine on defaulters 2/17/2015 12:04:32 AM Early Times Report KATHUA, Feb 16: A squad of CA&PD Department Kathua headed by its TP Singh Assistant Director inspected 43 shops in the town imposed fine. Accompanied by TSO Kathua, Madan Gopal AD, CAPD inspected 43 shops including karayana, Sweets Shop, Meat shops, Hotelier and Dhabas of Kathua tehsil out of which 14 violation are challaned under essential commodity and LPG Act. During the inspection a fine of Rs. 22000/ was imposed to the defaulters and with strict warning to them to display rate list on their respective premises. Hotelier and sweets shops owners were also warned not to use domestic LPG Cylinder for commercial purpose; otherwise strict action shall be initiated against them.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
