Sunderbani, Jan 29: Government Degree College Sunderbani today organized a First Aid Training Workshop in the college premises by Max Clinics Chandigarh. The motto of the workshop was designed on First Aid , Life Saving Initiative" . Awareness on medical first aid was provided with demonstration with special reference to accidental first aid. The team of the Max Hospitals headed by Dr. Manish, presented demo cum information session.
More than 60 students of the college attended the workshop. Priyanka Sharma, Vineet and Nitika Sharma from the college participated in the demonstrations. Topics like fractures, head injuries, amputation, poisoning etc. were covered and first aid methods demonstrated on the same. An interaction session was held with students, questions and doubts were discussed and clarified. The Principal of the College, Prof. Subhash Chander with staff members also attended the workshop. Vote of thanks was presented by Prof. Priya Darshni.
