Rajouri, May 12: Sub District Magistrate Kotranka of Rajouri has served show cause notice to twelve health employees who were found absent during a surprise visit to at Community Health Centre (CHC) here today.
As per reports SDM Kotranka Sukhpaul Singh paid a surprise visit at CHC Kotranka at about 12:30 pm and found 12 health employees absent.
Taking a strong notice of the unauthorized absenteeism, the SDM Kotranka, served show cause notice to pharmacist Shiraz Mailk, Sanjit Kumar electrician, Sangeet Prabha JSN, Shamshad Mailk, Yasmeen Akhter, Kaniz Fatima, Vandana Raina, Sabira Kouser, Shameem Akhter (all FMPKW), Manir Hussain safai wala, Zafar Iqbal and Begum Jahan both Nursing Orderly (NO), official spokesperson said.
He also added that besides this SDM found X-Ray Machine out of order for the past quote some time, besides there was no maintenance of laboratory of CHC, no tour diaries were maintained by staff of the CHC. SDM Kotranka has sought reply from the erring employees within two days. |
