Jammu, May 12: A female contractual lecturer of JU's Bhaderwah campus has filed a written complaint with the Vice Chancellor, Pro Chancellor and the Chancellor against a senior officer of the campus for his alleged misbehaviour and undignified remark against her. Following his unwarranted outburst in front of her class, the contractual lecturer left while expressing her anguish at the misbehaviour of the senior officer" said a source. "The brother of the victim contractual lecturer also filed a written complaint with the Police, but I am not sure whether an FIR was registered" he added. The Police however refused to confirm or deny receipt of any such complaint. Sources also informed that the said officer had been nurturing an ill will against the contractual lecturer who was appointed against the wishes of the senior officer. "This then, he is nursing a grudge against the lady and trying to find reasons to ridicule her.
