| Reshuffle in higher judiciary: Kartar new Principal Sessions judge Jammu | | | ET Plus Report
Jammu, Mar 11(JNF): In a full court meeting held under the chairmanship of Chief Justice MM Kumar minor reshuffle in higher judiciary was ordered. According to the order issued by Suresh Kumar Sharma Registrar General J&K High Court, Kaneez Fatima Principal District and Sessions judge Baramulla has been transferred and posted as Special Judge Anticorruption CBI Cases J&K against an available post due to elevation of B L Bhat as HC Judge. The charge of the Kaneez Fatima was given to Ist Additional District and Sessions Judge Baramulla till further orders. Kartar Singh Principal District and Sessions Judge Samba has been transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge Jammu against a vacant post after the retirement of Jang Bhadur Singh Jamwal. Inder Singh present Judicial Member, Sales Tax Tribunal has been transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge Samba in place of Kartar Singh. |
