SAC challenges writ court judgment on suo-moto power 3/11/2013 11:25:22 PM ET Plus Report Jammu, Mar 11(JNF): The letters patent appeal (LPA) filed by J&K State Accountability Commission against the judgment of writ court that Commission doesn't have the powers to take suo-moto cognizance in any complaint, grievance or allegations and Regulation 9 framed by the Commission has been declared as ultra-virus, seeking setting-aside the judgment. The LPA was listed before the Division Bench (DB) comprising Chief Justice MM Kumar and Justice DS Thakur.
