Jammu, Mar 19: Vijay Sharma Advocate District President J&K Kissan Union District Reasi conducted tour of Panchyat halqa Kissan and held meeting of villager at village Gun and Head the problems being faced by the people of the area.
In a press statement he stated that people of village especially the ladies who have been issued Job cards under centrally sponsored Act MGNREGA expressed great concern over the implementation of the scheme in letter and spirit in their village and said they are not being in letter and spirit in their village and said they are not being provided jobs by the concerned authorities.
Sharma while addressing assured the people that he will fight for their genuine demands and also appealed the authorities to redress the grievances of the people.
Prominent among those who attended the meeting include Karnail Singh, Guran Dutta, Om Parkash, Babu Ram, Jadgish Kumar, Satya Devi, Parkasho Devi, Premi, Chanchalo Devi and others.
