Early Times Report JAMMU, Sept 14: People welcomed the court death penalty and celebrated the death penalty of the Dehli gang rape, rapists. Sunil Dimple president Jammu west assembly movement paid tributes to the Nirbhyay, by lighting the candles, for peace to the soul to the daughter of the nation, today along with people, prominent citizens, traders who have welcomed the court verdict of the death sentence penalty. They celebrated the death sentence to the Delhi gang rape Nirbhaya and took out the rallies on the roads. Sunil Dimple president of the Movement addressing the people welcomed the court decision of the death penalty and said this will increase the confidence of the females of the country and will feel safe and secure now. He said though it took 9 months for justice to come, the family and the people of the country are satisfied with decision of the court and all should be hanged at the earliest now. Dimple said the media played a very good and positive role and performed its duty with sincerity and dedication. He said the stringent laws should be made, so that no one could dare to do this heinous crime in the country and it should be nothing less than death punishment. Questioning the chief minister Omar Abdullah who is the Home minister of the state also Dimple queried on the progress made on the mentally retarded rape of the girls in the NGO home. Dimple demanded the Jammu NGO rape case of the mentally retarded girls should also be settled through the fast track court and demanded the chief minister Omar Abdullah to hold the CBI inquiry of this incident . |
