HC stays appointment of Govt officer as Director CC Bank Anjali Bhardwaj, Amrita Johri, Shekhar Singh 9/14/2013 11:29:42 PM EARLY TIMES REPORT Jammu, Sept 14: In a petition filed by one Om Parkash challenging the nomination of an officer of Government as Director in the Citizen Cooperative Bank, Justice Virender Singh of State High Court after hearing Adv Abhinav Sharma appearing for the petitioner issued notice to Secretary Cooperative Dept, Registrar Cooperative Societies J&K, Manohar Lal Minister for Cooperative J&K and Vikas Verma Deputy Registrar Cooperative (who was appointed as Director in Citizen Cooperative Bank) returnable within four weeks and in the meanwhile ordered that till next date before the Bench, operation of impugned order dated August 5, 2013 passed by Secretary Cooperative Dept shall not be acted upon.
