Yet another pre-poll survey predicts Congress's defeat
TIMES NOW-C-Voter snap poll

JAMMU, Sept 19: One more pre-poll survey and the same findings: The Congress is losing, the BJP is winning and Gujarat Chief Minister and the BJP's Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi the nation's only choice. The C-Voters, which conducted snap poll on behalf of TIMES NOW, a leading private news channel, a couple of days ago in Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh, projected 130 seats for the BJP in Madhya Pradesh and 84 for the Congress in the 230-member House, 118 seats for the BJP and 64 for the Congress in the 200-member House in Rajasthan, 47 seats for the BJP and 40 for the Congress in the 90-member House in Chhattisgarh and 30 seats for the BJP, 29 for the Congress and 7 seats for the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in the 70-member House in Delhi.
The survey findings clearly suggested that the Congress would suffer a massive defeat in all the four states and the BJP would not only retain control over MP and Chhattisgarh but would also snatch Rajasthan and Delhi from the Congress party. In other words, the findings should leave none in any doubt that the Congress has lost the people's confidence across the country owing to its various acts of omission and commission and its failure to deliver on any front.
But more than that, the findings clearly suggested that Narendra Modi has won over the nation by dint of his hard work and leadership qualities. The survey teams found almost 58 per cent of the eligible voters who were interviewed reposing full faith in Modi. Only 17 per cent voted for AICC vice president and Sonia Gandhi's son Rahul Gandhi and just 8 per cent for Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. In Delhi, only three per cent of the eligible voters who were interviewed voted for Manmohan Singh. All this should clear the air and establish that Rahul Gandhi and Manmohan Singh are not in the race and it is Modi, Modi and Modi and BJP, BJP and BJP everywhere.
It is time for the Congress high command to retrospect and find what has gone wrong.
