JAMMU, Oct 1: Intensifying its anti encroachment drive, the Enforcement Wing of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) conducted an anti-encroachment drive near Peer Baba, Tawi River here today.
Led by the Chief Enforcement Officer of JMC, the team demolished and removed the jhuggies raised by some persons on the state land near Peer Baba, Tawi River Further, the team also removed the reharies from the vicinity of MA Stadium.
The drive was carried out with the help of police from Nowabad Police Station and from District Police Lines, Jammu. |
