10/1/2013 10:47:20 PM
M.K. Pandita
Jammu, Oct 1: Soon after the exodus of Kashmiri Pandits from the valley, like all other people of the community, the family of M.K. Raina also had to remain as a rolling stone, desperately trying for a shelter on a roof over head, somewhere and ultimately succeeded in constructing a one room set at Talab Tillo, Jammu, fondling the kids, caring for their education, clothing and other necessities of life because the head of the family is doing a humble, private job with a meager salary to make his both ends meet.
Now, there is a ray of hope in the family that their girl child namely 'Sneha' is doing a commendable and praise-worthy activity of studies. Recently her 10th class results reveal that she has achieved 12th Position by securing 95% marks in BOSE. Her passing the exams with flying colours is the vivid result of hardwork and her attachment & love for studies. She has never felt the necessity of taking Private tuitions. Sneha is very confident in studies and thankful to the Luthra Public School, of which she is a regular student from the very beginning. She is in the good books of her teachers who are satisfied with her studies. "She has come up to our expectations, "says her class teacher.
Hard work and attachment to studies is the remarkable feature of the character of 'Sneha'. She gets up early in the morning and starts revising and repeating her leassons everyday without any break. Soon she gets prepared for the school without missing any day. No doubt, watching some education programmes on the T.V. is her hobby, yet remains attached to her studies of her own accord and wish. Her pleasing manners and dedication to the studies is really an inspiration for other children. She is very conscious of her future course of studies and is very particular to undergo Engineering in Computer Sciences. To achieve this goal she is consciously following the studies in the right direction. She takes it as a challenge to make it up. Her resolution and determination is really inspiring. She is generally found silent, calm and collected in her thoughts. She takes part in every school activity and carries out every assignment very seriously, correct and perfect.
Parents are speaking very high of 'Sneha' and express their every desire for the better future of the child. They are hopeful of their child who is dedicated to her work very sincerely. Her younger sister 'Karishma' is also of the same behavior and wishes to be a Doctor in her future life. 'We pray for their better success."
