Jammu, Oct 7 : Angered over overflowing of drainage in their locality, the residents of Gujjar Nagar today staged protest against UEED for alleged failure to cope up the problem. According to press release, Lovekesh Gondhi a resident of Gujjar Nagar said that they have been facing the same problem for the last around two decades and despite repeated pleas to concerned authorities, same have turned a deaf ear towards the issue", he lambasted. The protesters threatened to lodge a strong protest demonstration, if their demand would not be conceded soon. |
