Et Report Kathua, Oct 11: A symposium on the "Life of Shaheed Bhagat Singh" was organized by the Shaheedh Yadgaar Samiti in the premises of DBNL Public School Shastri Nagar at Kathua here today. In the symposium large number of students, teachers and locals participated and even delivered their understanding regarding the great world famous revolutionary leader Bhagat Singh. On the occasion students of various schools put their opinions before audience through poems and speeches and presented the importance and need of the Bhagat Singh's ideology in this present world to release the world's majority from the clutches of exploitation, unemployment, starvation, hegemony of wrong and entire evils from the society. While speaking on the occasion the students Abishek Malhotra and Himani Rajput, from Shiva Public School, Sheetal Sharma, Mindas Asna Zafri and Priya Sharma from Bal Vidhya High School, Rupali Sharma and Sonia Gupta from Kids Heaven School, Tarun Sharma, Pryanka and Prya from Sacred Heart School, Anjali Sati and Tanvi Sharma from Little Flower High School, and Vaisha and Himani Mehra from International National Convent School threw light on the life of Bhagat Singh and his associates. They focused the relevancy of ideology of Bhagat Singh to change the present socio-economic and political system of human society. On the occasion Rtd. ZEO Pitamber Sharma was the chief guest and SBI Life Insurance Branch manager Kathua Bodh Raj was guest of honour who appreciated the students who delivered wonderful and informative speeches regarding the Bhagat Singh and his ideology. Samiti activists master Shiv Nandhan, Varinder Sharma, Sanjeev Verma and Sanjay also spoke on the occasion. At last the mementoes were also given to each student speakers. |
