| BJP Panchayat Cell holds protest against Pak | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 19: Workers of Bhartya Janta Party Panchayat Cell Jammu and Kashmir today held a protest demonstration against recent ceasefire violation on international border and LOC by Pakistan causing injuries to children and women of this side on National Highway at Gangayal.
Protesters led by its president Baldev Singh Billawaria raised slogans against Pakistan and burnt flag of Pakistan national. While addressing the protestors, Billawaria said that Pakistani rangers shelled Indian villages directly targeting the civil population working in the fields in forward areas of LOC and International Border and causing injuries to women children and other local peoples of the border area.
He said Pak is continuously violating the cease fire which was enforced in 2003 on the LOC and IB by India and Pakistan since then a very few occasions of firing from Pak which too was confined on the BSF posts it was after ten years that Pak army targeted directly villagers. |
