Sports Reporter POONCH, Oct 19: Brilliant centuries from Wasim and Bilal today helped Amjad Club made it a huge 95 runs win against Attackers Club in the Shaheed Manjit Singh Twenty20 Cricket Tournament underway at Government Degree College (GDC), ground, here. Earlier, Amjad Club won the toss and batting first set a challenging target of 259 runs losing three wickets. While Wasim hit 47-ball century, it took Bilal 64 runs to reach the 100 runs mark. From Attackers Club, Mustafa took two wickets. Later, chasing the target, Attackers bowled out for 163 runs. Asif was only batsman who resisted the opponent bowlers making 29-ball 57 runs while Wajid was other batsman to touch the double figure mark with 15 runs. Naqvi and Zahir shared two wickets each from Amjad Club. Meanwhile, in another match of the day, superb unbeaten innings of 48 runs from Pawan today guided Glamorous XI to a big nine-wicket win over All Stars. Batting first, after winning the toss, All Stars bowled out for 90 runs. Milanga remained top scorer with 25-ball 35 runs while Ashish contributed 15 runs. From Glamorous XI, Kunal took two wickets. In reply, Glamorous XI attained the goal making 91 runs losing just one wicket. Pawan played unbeaten innings of 48 runs while Gurvinder added 26. Milanga claimed the only wicket lost by Glamorous.
