SRINAGAR, Oct 19: Delhi Public School (DPS) Club shall take on Burnhal School in the final of the Division-B of the ongoing Power Development Corporation (PDC) League Football Tournament, organised by of the DFA Srinagar at Bakshi Stadium here on October 21 at 2 pm.
Earlier, in the second semifinal, played today, DPS trounced Ithad Football Club by five goals to one. Raja Musharaf netted two goals while Abrar, Rehan and Kaisar scored one goal each. Shakir from Ithad Club was lone scorer.
Meanwhile, in Super Division league, State Road Transport Corporation (SRTC) made it a one-sided contest against Rahim Green Solina Football Club beating latter three goals to nil.
The first goal for winners, SRTC came in the 55th minute through Raman Slathia, followed by second goal in 70th minute made by Sameer. Suhail further improve the lead netting the ball in the 78th minute. |
