Jammu, Oct 19: Students of Banyan International School excelled in the Inter School Swimming Competition which was held at K.C. International School by winning 7 Gold, 4 Silver and 2 Bronze medals.
Christina Gurang of Class VI won 3 Golds, Ishita 2 where as Tanisha and Ankita won 1 gold medal each.
Silver medals were won by Harsh, Gourav and Ishita. Bhavan, Gourav, Tanishq and Aryan won Bronze medals.
Another feather in the cap was added by Salinder Singh, a student of Class XI who won a Gold medal in the 400 mtr Relay (Under 19), Inter divisional level competition organized by Youth Services and Sports Jammu.
The vice principal of the school Monika Sethi felicitated the students and applauded the efforts of the students and the coaches for their dedication and meritorious achievement. |
