| BJP Co-op Cell discusses issues of defunct Co-op societies | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Jan 18 : A meeting of J&K State BJP Co-operative Cell was held at R.S.Pura under the Chairmanship of Sardar H.S Pammi State Convener J&K BJP Co-operative cell to discuss the various issues regarding the Co-operative societies working in J&K. A threadbare discussion was held to revive the defunct Co-operative societies in J&K so that people who reside in the far flung and remote areas could avail the opportunity and are benefitted by the Co-operative societies. State Convener further stated that the present NC-led Coalition govt. has deprived the people from the basic benefits from the Co-operative movement. On the occasion Joginder Pal was nominated as District Convener of the BJP Co-operative Cell RS Pura. Senior BJP Leader Dr. Gagan Bhagat also addressed the gathering and stressed the need of revival of defunct Co-operative societies Dr. Gagan Bhagat who himself is the Chairman of the Multipurpose Co-operative Society R.S.Pura that the State convener for such programme on Co-operatives. |
