FMPW demand to fill up vacancies

Kathua, Jan 21: Female Multipurpose Workers (FMPW) of Bani today urged the government to direct the District Health Department of Kathua to fill up the vacancies of FMPW for which large number of FMPW had applied under NRHM scheme.
While addressing the press conference applicant Yog Raj, Dalwant Singh and Sanjay Thakur alleged that the health department of Kathua is deliberately harassing the applicants who had applied for the FMPW's vacancies as per NRHM in kathua ninth month ago but after being passed a stipulated time period of nine months no list is released due to which the aspirants are facing so many hardships and fell in dilemma to choose their carrier.
They alleged that except CMP Kathua with the illegal interference some corrupt officials in the medical department the list has been held. They appealed the state government to intervene into the matter and take action against the department's negligence due to which the list is still pending to out.
