ReT Teachers Forum holds monthly meet 11/2/2014 10:40:30 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 2: Jammu and Kashmir ReT Teachers Forum held its monthly meeting in Exhibition ground under the leadership of its Senor Vice Chairman Bhupinder Singh. Speaking on the occasion Bhupinder Singh criticized the state coalition government headed by Omar Abudullah for not releasing the pending salaries of regularized ReTs in some districts of state. Singh said that we have approached so many times to SPD, Dy chief minister Tara Chand and even HRD union Minister Samriti Irani regarding pending salaries, but till date thousands regularized ReTs across the state are waiting for their pending salaries. Singh also said that due to the struggle of ReT teachers forum, govt framed a transfer policy for regularized ReTs, but education department has not transferred genuine cases and department adopted pick and choose policy for transfers of Regularized ReTs in some districts. Meanwhile All J&K ReT Teachers' Forum held meeting at Udhampur under the chairmanship of State President Vinod Sharma and Distt President Lekh Raj Parihar in which a large number of ReT teachers from all the 11 zones of the distt. participated. While speaking on the occasion, Sharma once again demanded the release of pending salary of regularized ReT Teachers under SSA which is pending for last several months. He said that they have projected this issue from bottom to top and even brought in the notice of HRD Ministry by visiting twice in Delhi but still the issue is as it is and the ReT teachers are suffering badly.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
