RKSP announces candidates for Assembly polls | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 2: Jammu and Kashmir unit of Rashtriya Krantikari Samajwadi Party (RKSP) today has decided to field at least 20 candidates in the recently announced assembly election in various segments across the state. These will include state unit president of party Tanveer Hussain Babzada who has been given ticket from Inderwal Assembly segment, Ghani Shayam from Jammu west and Puran Chand Bhagat from Channi. Addressing the names of candidates during a press conference, held here today, national president of party Gopal Rai said that party accords priority to check militancy in this terrorism infested state and will work for bringing an end to unemployment in state. Meanwhile state unit president Babzada also highlighted the problems facing the people in far flang areas of Inderwal constituency Kishtwar, Doda and Ramban districts. He demanded special package for government jobs to the youth from these areas. He also complained of poor conditions of roads and inadequated transports services in the hilly areas, resulting into frequent accidents, leading to loss of valuable loss of human lives. National president of the youth wing of RKSP Ganesh Kumar Chouhan and national vice president of the party Guddu Pandit, Swami Madananand Maharaj also addressed the media persons on the occasion. |
