Kathua road in bad shape 11/2/2014 11:44:54 PM Early Times Report Kathua, Nov 2: Ahead of assembly elections a major link road in Kathua leading many Panchayats from Hatli Morh to the ending border of Kathua constituency Hatli Panchayat passing through biggest industrial area still in a shambles. Condemning apathy of GREF and District administration, the victimized Public including industrialists said that the construction of this road has been started ten years ago and since then it has not been completed. This road has holes which causes accidents. An industrialist Vikas Gupta, locals Parvin Sharma and Goldi Sharma alleged the politicians and State Government has failed to construct the road. They said out of entire road length of more than 10 kilometer, a stretch of about five kilometer from Hatli Morh National Highway Kathua to Mehtabpur through which a large number of vehicles ply, are in bad shape.
