BJP congratulates people for teaching Cong a 'lesson' All options open: Jehangir 12/24/2014 12:40:19 AM Srinagar, Dec 23: Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) Tuesday congratulated people of Jammu and Kashmir for 'teaching Congress a lesson' and keeping it at bay in the state.In a statement here the BJP spokesman Khalid Jehangir said, "Congress facing humiliating defeat in both Jammu and Kashmir regions has proved that party is all set to become history in JK politics." The BJP spokesman said party has kept all its options open and is working on the possibilities about whom to join hands with. "Our aim was to keep the Congress at bay and we have succeeded in doing so. The BJP can join hands with any of the regional parties to form the next dispensation in the state," he added. He said results should serve as an eye opener for the Congress which has been sharing power in JK for the past 12-years. "People have rejected the Congress and its corrupt leaders outrightly," he added.
