Gurez records lowest margin, Jammu West highest 12/24/2014 12:43:03 AM Srinagar, Dec 23 : Gurez in Bandipora recorded lowest margin of victory of 141 votes in the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly poll results announced today while Jammu West recorded the highest margin of 50,629 votes. In Gurez constituency, Faquir Mohamed Khan of Congress lost to Nazir Ahmad Khan of National Conference by a slender margin of 141 votes.
