Accused driver arrested from HP 11/4/2016 10:17:28 PM Early Times Report Poonch, Nov 4: Police claimed to have arrested the driver of a vehicle, which met with an accident in which 23 people were killed. According to press release, an FIR No.154/2016 U/S 323/337/304/RPC was filed following an accident of bus in Jyotipuram, which claimed 23 lives.
