Battal Balian villagers protest for blacktopping of road 11/4/2016 10:18:56 PM Early Times Report Udhampur, Nov 4: The local villagers of Battal Balian today protested for demanding road for Battal Balian to Tund road for black topping. The protesting people raised slogans against district administration and Public Works Department (PWD) Udhampur. They alleged that Battal Balian to Tund road was left unattended in 2014 as the pending work was not done till date. The detail project report (DPR) was prepared six month back for black topping by PWD department and locals demanded completion of this road has become a big problem for the small children and old men and women. They demanded immediate repairing of the road as locals are facing great problem.
