Early Times Report Srinagar, Jan 17: The Jammu and Kashmir Project Construction Corporation (JKPCC) official has come under scanner for allegedly duping the government for millions of rupees “only to get” a centrally-heating system installed at his bungalow here. Official documents reveal that a Deputy General Manager of the JKPCC has come under the scanner for violating norms by installing an “improper centrally heating system” at a government hospital here thereby putting the government to loss worth millions of rupees. Official documents reveal that the official installed the improper central heating at Psychiatric Hospital in Srinagar despite an official notification from the Principal of the Government Medical College Srinagar to refrain from misuse of public money on the heating system which was not recommended.
