1/10/2021 11:32:13 PM
Early Times Report Srinagar, Jan 10: It appears that People's Alliance for Gupkar Declaration (PAGD) is all set to crumble. A letter written by the Peoples Conference general secretary, Imran Ansari, to his party chief Sajad Gani Lone has made it clear that constituents of PAGD—an amalgam of Kashmir centric parties—had fielded proxy candidates during the recently held District Development Council (DDC) elections and the so-called unity was nothing but a hoax. An analyst while talking to Early Times said, “The so-called tall leaders of National Conference and Peoples Conference should sit back and think what made Ansari go public and level such serious allegations against the NC leaders...

1/10/2021 11:31:50 PM
Early Times Report Jammu, Jan 10: What could possibly act as a last nail into the coffin of Peoples Alliance of Gupkar Declaration (PAGD) is a recent statement a PDP Member Parliament expressing resentment against the conglomerate. Throwing barbs at the NC Patriarch Dr Farooq Abdullah and his son Omar Abdullah, PDP’s Rajya Sabha member from north Kashmir upped the ante against the PAGD leadership, accusing it of ignoring the gross violation committed by none other than the National Conference itself in seat sharing agreements. “Whatever the decisions were taken by PAGD leadership were not adhered on the ground.
