Instead of further expanding their business in Jammu, some industrialists and businessmen are thinking of investing in the neighbouring states to get rid of the mafia. Early Times Report Srinagar, Oct 13: A top Jaish-e-Mohammad militant was killed in South Kashmir's Awantipora during an encounter with security forces on Wednesday, police said. The gunfight broke out in Tilwani Mohalla of Tral region when a team of joint forces launched a cordon and search operation following an input about militant presence. "One terrorist has been killed so far. The operation is underway," a police officer said.
