Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 18: After Andhra Pradesh and West Bengal withdrew the "general consent" provided to the CBI for conducting raids and probes on Friday Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said that "Only those with a lot to hide will take the step of not letting the CBI come to their states. There is no sovereignty of any state in the matter of corruption." Early Times during all these years has been reiterating the same that "corruption has to be exposed" and the corrupt elements need to be shown their right place. After Andhra Pradesh and West Bengal chief ministers Chandra Babu Naidu and Mamta Banerjee withdrew the consent to the CBI their critics alleged that both the Chief Ministers don't want the CBI to open the Pandora's box in their state. Early Times Report SRINAGAR, Nov 18: After taking a year for completion of its works, the Shri Pratap Singh Library inaugurated last month still lacks the basic facilities. The SPS Library which was established in the year 1898, hosts a collection of books in English, Urdu, Arabic, Persian, Sanskrit, Kashmiri, Hindi and Punjabi languages. The oldest library of Kashmir has a collection of 74 Manuscripts in Persian, Sanskrit, Arabic and Urdu. This library has a collection of more than one lakh and fifty thousand books.
